Most people come in carrying something.
A decision they’ve been circling for months. A feeling that something is off but they can’t name it. A life that looks fine from the outside but doesn’t feel aligned on the inside. A transition they didn’t plan for and aren’t sure how to navigate.
They don’t need more information. They’ve usually had plenty of that. What they need is space — to slow down, say the thing they haven’t said out loud yet, and hear themselves think.
That’s what this is.
I’m not going to tell you what to do. I don’t have a program, a framework, or a system I’m walking you through. What I have is time, attention, and a willingness to ask the questions most people around you are too close — or too polite — to ask.
A conversation typically runs 60 to 90 minutes. There’s no agenda beyond yours. I’ll listen more than I talk. When I do speak, I’ll be honest — not harsh, but honest. You’ll leave with more clarity than you arrived with, or we’ll keep going until you do.
Some people need one conversation. Some come back when life shifts again. Either is fine.
If something in your life feels unclear, heavy, or unresolved — and you’re tired of carrying it alone — start here.
A focused conversation to explore a specific question or theme.
A deeper, more expansive conversation allowing greater reflection.
Sometimes what we need most is simply a thoughtful conversation.
No. I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t coaching in the traditional sense. I don’t have a curriculum, a certification program, or a methodology I’m guiding you through. What I have is 40 years of experience navigating high-stakes decisions — in business, in life, and alongside hundreds of people in pivotal moments. This is honest conversation with someone who has perspective, asks good questions, and listens without judgment.
